I am a 30 year old graduate student who is striving to learn all she can about the world around her! In a World of Bias and Egocentrism. This quarter I am taking an extremely interesting class called Applied Critical Thinking in Communications and I think, for the first time I can honestly say, this class will make me better person. Not just a better, more competitive professional, but an all around better, more fair-minded professional. For those of you who seek to be better .

Welcome to Aikido of Austin. Aikido of Austin is a community-run dojo that provides martial arts instruction for students of all ages. Aikido is a traditional Japanese martial art that focuses on a variety of throwing and pinning techniques to neutralize an attack safely and efficiently. Students training with us gain experience in self-defense, self-discipline, exercise, and confidence-building.
The Austin Aikikai Beginners Program is a four-week curriculum designed to give someone new to martial arts and Aikido an overview of basic movements, techniques, and vocabulary. PE credit is available to eligible AISD Middle School and High School students. Beginners are welcome to join Aikido Classes M-F 6pm and Sat. Aikido and Martial Arts Dojo. Austin Aikikai is a traditional dojo providing.
